Hi Neighbors,
Mark your calendars for our fun Independence Day Party coming up on Thursday July 3rd from 7-9p.

The Street Bites Food Truck will serve yummy tacos, sliders, and parmesan truffle fries. Our ice cream machine will be cranked up for dessert.

Soft drinks and water will be provided. If you prefer to bring your own beverage, no glass containers are allowed.

Tickets are required and will be sold in the condo office beginning on June 19th, with sales ending on June 30th.

Ticket prices are: Residents $10, Guests $15, and children under 5 are free.

Volunteers would be appreciated at 9p to take down and store the tables and chairs. If you can help, please sign up when you are in the office buying your tickets.

I hope you will plan to celebrate with your neighbors on July 3rd for this always fun community event. We will enjoy great food together, raffles, the vintage plane flyover, followed by simulcast tunes paired to the patriotic Kaboom Town Fireworks.
