Notice of Assessment Increase for 2018
The Board has approved the 2018 budget which includes the financing of Chiller replacement and increasing operating costs.
During 2016, 2017 and 2018 over a million dollars has been dedicated to the needed replacement of heating and air conditioning equipment for the community. This has been managed by using Reserve CD’s as security for loans and therefore, there has not been a special assessment for these expenses.
Fortunately, there WILL NOT be a Special Assessment for 2018. There will be a small increase in regular assessments of 2 cents; the rate will increase from 31.5 cents per square foot to 33.5 cents per square foot effective January 1, 2018.
